Description
MES 63517 SN Sector Array Antennas are
designed to provide segmented microwave
coverage over a selected (sector) area; sector
antennas deliver a wider beamwidth than pointto-
point parabolic antennas. Sector antennas are
typically used for ISM, WLL and MMDS band
communications utilizing Spread Spectrum data
streams for wireless connections between LAN
base stations, wireless Internet, subscriber
networks, PCS and other point-to-multi point
communications. Antenna configurations can
consist of flat panel micro strip and slot radiating
designs, as well as traditional parabolic
configurations.
Application
These are used for long distance for point to
multipoint applications. Normally, these are used
as Base Station Antennas.
